Orders ship from El Paso, Texas and in some instances take 4-8 weeks to ship. Each item will include a shipping fee, based on weight, volume and the destination zip code. Even so, you’ll see that our prices are excellent all around and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal.

Should there be any dissatisfaction with the items received, please contact us via email to initiate the return process.
Contact within 2 business days from receipt is eligible for a full refund
Contact within 5 business days from receipt is eligible for store credit.
Package your items with the same materials provided and send the item(s) back to El Paso Import Company via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice.
When we receive the items, credits or refunds will be issued to the purchasing customer.
