El Paso Import Company takes pride in providing high quality, one-of-a-kind home furnishings, carefully curated from across the world. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and antique items, some imperfections are to be expected.
Orders ship from El Paso, Texas and in some instances take 4-8 weeks to ship. Each item will include a shipping fee, based on weight, volume and the destination zip code. Even so, you’ll see that our prices are excellent all around and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
LARGE ITEMS
Shippers require that a person be at the place of delivery at the time your items arrive. Authorizing a delivery company to leave a large item without someone to sign for the package will waive your opportunity to file a claim for damages.
The size of each order will determine the method of shipping. Large furniture will be shipped by ground freight or common carrier.
Please be aware that you may need additional assistance, not provided by El Paso Import Company or the delivery carrier, to move your items from the delivery vehicle to your home or business. See “Shipping Options” at checkout for additional fee based services that offer inside delivery and placement.
Expedited Handling and Overnight Packing are available upon request.
EXCHANGES, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
• El Paso Import Company will provide the customer with a photo of the purchased item before it leaves our warehouse. Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
• Carefully inspect the box or pallets before accepting the order. Once package is accepted, the carrier and El Paso Import Company are no longer liable for any damages.
• DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY IF ITEM IS DAMAGED. Any damages should be brought to the attention of the delivery driver, noted on the Bill of Lading, and reported to El Paso Import Company within 3 business days.
• If you have received an incorrect or damaged item or otherwise need to make an exchange, please email us immediately at info@elpasoimportco.com or call 888-999-3773.
FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
• Returns may be made at any El Paso Import Company store within a maximum of 5 business days. Returns within 2 days are eligible for a cash refund. Returns made between 3-5 days are eligible for store credit only.
• Returns after 5 days are not accepted.
• When returning / exchanging items, please bring the following items: • The merchandise you’re returning • Your receipt or packing slip

EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions include but are not limited to:
• remote rural areas,
• areas not normally served by transportation companies,
• large congested cities not conducive to maneuvering large trucks,
• areas where toll roads exist,
• secluded mountain areas,
• offshore islands requiring sea freight,
• offshore islands connected to the mainland by bridge.

- Should there be any dissatisfaction with the items received, please contact us via email to initiate the return process.
- Contact within 2 business days from receipt is eligible for a full refund
- Contact within 5 business days from receipt is eligible for store credit.

- When we receive the items, credits or refunds will be issued to the purchasing customer.
